Central Waste Services M&J Shredder We carried out the removal of an old PLC control system on the M&J Shredder and installed a current technology PLC system with remote control and monitoring, and added hydraulic speed and direction control for the shafts. This project required considerable preplanning and preparation and the changeover was carried out over a weekend due to the client's production constraints.

Turmec BINGO Patons Lane We completed the installation of a major upgrade to BINGO's Patons Lane recycling facility for Turmec from Ireland. This project was carried out in two stages and involved the complete removal of BINGO's existing equipment and subsequent installation of the new conveyors and machinery. The second stage was carried out with the first stage operational and without intereference to production.
MAN Diesel Australia - Macquarie Park to Yennora A competitor company that offers Turnkey solutions had to give-up on this project due to their inability to carry out the work, we were asked to rectify the damage they created and complete the relocation. We successfully completed the relocation of the complete large diesel engine testing and rebuilding facility for MAN Diesel from Macquarie Park, Australia to Yennora, Australia. This project required the disconnection & complete dismantling of the Dynomometer Testing Facility and all associated control and workshop equipment, preparation for local transport, transportation, and unloading, installation, and commissioning at the new facility. As the project was commenced by our competitors and left in a damaged state the relocation was particularly challenging however, the final result was that all equipment is now operating in the same, or better, condition as prior to the relocation.
Veneziano Coffee Roasters Melbourne, Australia We successfully completed the removal of an existing coffee roaster and project managing the installation of a new roaster. Although this project was only removing an existing machine and installing a new machine, it required an intense amount of planning and preparation due to the stringent production requirements, the extremely restricted working space, and the large number of trades that were required to work in a restricted area in a limited time period. The result was that the project was successfully completed ahead of schedule allowing production to recommence early.
