Veneziano Coffee Roasters Melbourne, Australia We have successfully completed the removal of an existing coffee roaster and project managing the installation of a new roaster. Although only this project was only removing an existing machine and installing a new machine, it required an intense amount of planning and preparation due to the stringent production requirements, the extremely restricted working space, and the large number of trades that were required to work in a restricted area in a limited time period. The result was that the project was successfully completed ahead of schedule allowing production to recommence early.

Crane Copper Australia to Brazil, India, & USA We have successfully completed the relocation of sections of a copper tube mill and processing plant for Crane Copper from Penrith, Australia to Brazil, India, & USA. This project required the disconnection & complete dismantling of the Cascade Line and all associated control equipment, preparation for international sea freight, packaging and containerisation, and preparation for sea freight. The Brazil section of this extensive project was completed in under 2 months and required almost 20 shipping containers.

Air International Thermal Australia to India We recently completed the total relocation of a climactic calorimeter room & testing equipment for Air International from Port Melbourne to Pune India. This project required the disconnection & complete dismantling of the calorimeter room and all associated atmospheric control and other testing equipment, preparation for international sea freight, packaging and containerisation, sea freight, and then upackaging, installation, and commissioning at AI-TTR India.

Air International Thermal Australia to China involved the disconnection & complete dismantling of the dynamometer wind tunnel facility and all associated atmospheric control and other testing equipment, preparation for international sea freight, packaging and containerisation, sea freight, and when the facility in China has been built we will carry out the upackaging, installation, and commissioning in China.

GWA Caroma Australia to Turkey & Malaysia We completed the total relocation of the manufacturing and assembly facility for GWA Caroma in Wetherill Park, Australia. This project involved relocation of all machinery and equipment from Australia to Turkey and Malaysia, and required us to carry out the disconnection & decommissioning, preparation for international sea freight, packaging and containerisation, and then final make good of the building after removal. This extensive project has taken over 11 months and required almost 100 shipping containers and flat racks.

MMK Australia to China We completed the total relocation of a copper tube mill and processing plant for MMK from Port Kembla to China. This project required the disconnection & complete dismantling of the furnace and all associated control equipment and all the tube processing machinery, preparation for international sea freight, packaging and containerisation, and preparation for sea freight. This extensive project was completed in under 2 months and required a combination of almost 100 shipping containers and flat racks.

MAHLE Engine Components Melbourne, Australia, a large multinational car parts manufacturer chose IMS to carry out the complete relocation of the total manufacturing and assembly lines. This project involved relocation of all machinery and equipment from Australia to Northern China, and required us to carry out the disconnection, preparation for international sea freight, packaging and containerisation, sea freight, and then unpackaging, installation, and commissioning in China. The project was completed in China in mid winter with work being carried out in -35'C temperatures!

DANA a large multinational car parts manufacturer in Sydney, Australia chose IMS to carry out the relocation of the manufacturing and assembly lines on behalf of a global logistics company. These projects involved relocations from Australia to Thailand, India, China, and South America and required disconnection, packaging and containerisation, sea freight, unpackaging, installation, and commissioning.

TMA Australia to Philippines We carried out the complete relocation of the manufacturing and assembly lines for a large multinational specialty printing company TMA. This project involved relocation of all machinery and equipment from Australia to The Philippines, and required us to carry out the disconnection, preparation for international sea freight, packaging and containerisation, sea freight, and then upackaging, installation, and commissioning in The Philippines.

AFP-SPG Sydney, Australia A large Australian Corrugated Box Manufacturing and Printing Company AFP-SPG, contracted IMS to carry out and manage the complete turnkey project of decommissioning, disconnection, packaging, transportation, reinstallation, and commissioning of all machinery and equipment. All the equipment was relocated from their current premises in Wetherill Park to the new location in Smithfield. Although only a relatively short distance compared to many of our relocations the same preparation, logistics, and commissioning requirements applied.

DADI Australia - one of Australia's largest CD&I recycling companies DADI, contracted IMS to carry out and manage the complete turnkey mechanical installation and electrical design and installation of their new state of the art recycling facility at Eastern Creek. This involved liaising with various international suppliers and designing and manufacturing a fully automated control system with remote control facility.

Sydney, Australia We consulted to a large recycling company providing project management and design services for the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of a new recycling facility.

Xinxiang, China - consulting with Xinxiang civil construction companies involved in local infrastructure developments to assist with quality and efficiency improvements.

Nigeria - consulting with Nigerian local governments to assist with waste management and recycling facility design and construction.

Viridian Sydney, Australia, a large multinational glass manufacturing and processing company, contracted IMS to provide an Engineering Manager at their head office in Sydney. The client was in need of engineering support in many areas of their operation and IMS was able to improve the efficiency and productivity of the factory operations whilst reducing machinery and equipment downtime. Programs were also designed and implemented to develop ongoing process improvement and develop an attitude of pride and ownership among the production staff and workers.

Dimmis Sydney, Australia - design and installation of lighting and power in a department store for Dimmis, a large fashion retailer.

Ardagh Group Sydney, Australia a large metal containers manufacturer chose IMS to carry out the complete relocation of the automated can manufacturing and assembly lines for Ardagh Group. SITA Resource Recovery Sydney, Australia we provide consulting services to SITA, a large international Resource Recovery company, consisting of management and process improvement strategies and systems for their maintenance and engineering departments.

Unilife Corporation Sydney, Australia a large Medical Plastic Extrusion and Injection Moulding Company, contracted IMS to carry out and manage the complete turnkey project of decommissioning, disconnection, packaging, shipping to Asia, reinstallation, and commissioning of all machinery and equipment. All the equipment was specifically designed for manufacturing medical grade plastic products and was installed in positive air pressure displacement clean rooms with robotic unloading. This required specialised lifting and moving equipment to ensure that clean room floors remained undamaged, and the opening of clean room walls and subsequent reinstallation of the clean room facility after the machinery had been removed.

Tailim Packaging Co (South Korea):

IMS is the preferred service provider for emergency breakdown repairs to the machinery in the corrugated board converting factory and has been called on to urgently send specialist repair technicians to repair machinery on a number of emergency occasions when breakdowns have occurred

IMS was also chosen to provide consulting services to Tailim for an efficiency evaluation and upgrade to a corrugated board converting factory
